One world one dream
-------the Olympic Games and Me
Walking on the street, the slogan of 2008 Olympic games is sparking high on the wall---“one world one dream”, which stands for unity, friendship, progress, harmony and participation. However in my opinion, the Olympic games is not only the chance for international communication but also the chance for domestic cooperation.
I am originally from Yunnan Province which houses more than 26 ethnic minorities and I am always trying to find opportunities in big cities to spread over my costumes designing. However, mainstream designing are appreciated but questions like “do you yunnnan-ness go to work by elephant?” are frequently put towards me and I was always hurt by a strong sense of negligence
So I insist that majority and minorities should work hand in hand and I expect to see the 56 costumes to showed on the ceremony of 2008 Olympic games.
By then, people will not wonder If I will go by elephant but the Olympic Games will be held in its element.
