One world, one dream

I have a dream that one day I can walk the rest of my life holding the hand of my fancy girl. To realize this dream, I’ll have to call her, ask her out, chase her, spend time with her and eventually make her my wife .However, she’s not really answering my calls, I guess I’m still in phrase 1.

And in the year 2008, Beijing is going to host Olympic Games for the first time in China, a country with glorious past but somehow failed it in the recent few hundred years. It’s not just a sports meeting for it symbolizes the resurrection of a great people in which every Chinese has done his part through generations of diligence and renovation. It’d the dream of the whole nation as well as the whole world. That’s right, San Diego is dreaming of lion and the world is dreaming of a more civilized prosperous and friendly China. And we’re gonna make this dream come true with our hands. We stick to it and we achieve it. That’s what we Chinese do!

In 2008, I’ll be walking on the Changan Street of Peking holding the hand of my girl.

That’s one world , that’s one dream!
